It’s okay to change your mind! We strongly believe that customer satisfaction is one of the most important parts of any business. So should you not be happy with an item that you purchased, please feel free to get in touch and simply return it to us.
How long can I return an item?
After you have placed an order, you have 30 days to initiate a return. You can return any item of your order, without any reason.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, simply contact us through the contact form here. Please let us know which item you would like to return and we will respond with more information as soon as possible.
Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it, include all parts and must be returned in the original packaging.
How will you refund me?
Once your returned item has been received and the condition of it has been checked, you will be refunded on your original payment method.
Who pays the shipping costs?
At this point we are unfortunately not able to cover the return costs. Whilst this is something we are hoping to offer in the future, for now you will have to pay for the shipping costs to return an item.
Are there any return fees?
Apart from the shipping costs you will not be charged any fees when you return an item. We will refund you the full amount you paid for the item, minus shipping costs.
